We would like to inform you that in the event your order is scheduled for delivery on a Sunday, we will be extending the delivery date. Please be advised that our operations are paused on Sundays to allow our team a day of rest.
Furthermore, we would like to bring to your attention the following details regarding character design and additional charges:
- Character Design Specifications: We require a reference for character designs as we do not create characters based solely on descriptions.
Additional Charges Overview:
- Complex Character Design Fee: A charge of $10 will be applied for designs that include an extensive amount of accessories or intricate details, such as those found in Harajuku or Lolita fashion.
- Additional Elements: Adding a plushie, item, or small character to your order will incur an additional fee of $10 per item.
- Commercial Use: Should you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes or to generate monetary profit, a fee of $100 is applicable for the commercial usage rights.
- Ownership and Rights Transfer: An option to transfer full rights and ownership of the artwork to you is available for $150. This grants you complete control over the artwork.
Please Note:
- The artwork provided will primarily focus on the character's face and may include a portion of the clothing; no exceptions will be made.
- The artwork is intended for personal use only, unless the commercial use or full rights options are purchased.
- The final artwork will be delivered in JPG/PNG format.
- In the event of non-response 12 hours before the deadline, we will proceed with the delivery of the artwork without further corrections.
- No edits or tracing of the artwork is permitted post-delivery, although color corrections are acceptable.
