Introducing site map design services for permission in 24 hours
I offer site planning services for properties in the US, which are commonly used for various building permits such as home additions, new construction, outdoor structures, demolition permits, commercial property planning, drive-thru restaurants, storage facilities, multi-family and cluster residential sites, and RV parks.
Using the latest satellite imagery, GIS Data, county parcel maps, and zoning codes, I will create a site plan for your property that includes accurate property lines, existing structures, trees, driveway, pool, and other key features.
Once the site plan is completed, it will be sent to you for review. If any changes are needed, such as updating dimensions or adding missing items due to tree cover, you can sketch those onto the plan and send it back to me for revisions at no extra cost.
Please note that this is not a Legal Survey and should not be used as a replacement for one. It is important to verify with your local building department whether they require a certified site plan prepared by a Surveyor, Architect, or Engineer. I am a drafter and do not provide stamped plans.
For commercial properties, there is an additional fee of $90, and expedited delivery within 24 hours is available for an extra $100.
