The ordering process is straightforward and involves four key steps:
Provide us with an image, draft, or artwork for your custom patch, specifying its size, quantity, and preferred backing type (Iron On, Sew On, or Velcro).
After placing and paying for your order, you’ll receive a digital proof of the patch.
Upon approval of the digital patch sew-out, we'll send you a scanned image for final approval.
Once approved, we’ll proceed to ship your order.
Delivery Timeline:
The digitizing and approval process takes 1-3 business days.
Production generally requires 1-10 business days, varying by order complexity and size.
Shipping is complimentary and typically takes 2-4 business days for doorstep delivery.
Overall, you can expect the total delivery time to be between 10 to 25 days, contingent on the complexity and volume of your order.
